My name is Josh Stephenson and over the last 13 years, news photography has been my career, working on a number of International stories. My work has been published in National Geographic, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, USA Today, Newsweek and USNews & World Report among other newspapers, magazines, and photo agencies worldwide. I have received awards by the National Press Photographers Association, Associated Press, and the New York Press Photographers Association.
After more than five years as a staff photographer at The Albuquerque Journal in my native New Mexico, I came to freelance in Chile, also working in Argentina, Peru and Bolivia. After returning to the Journal for a year, I set off into the freelance world once again, based in Mexico City. I now live in Durango, Colorado and travel extensively for work, so don't hesitate to call regardless of your wedding location or photography needs.
